Tehran is willing to restart nuclear talks with the United States provided that it is approached with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed new appeals had been made by go-betweens to reopen talks with the American leadership. He asserted Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Iran could not yet allow the International Atomic Energy Agency to visit bombed nuclear sites for security reasons.

Every aspect of our defense have been rebuilt. We gained multiple understandings from this war; we have come to know our internal vulnerabilities and the weaknesses of the opponent."

He added: "We managed to survive this war. Our enrichment knowledge, which they planned to destroy, stays intact. The installations and gear, if eliminated, will be reconstructed; what is essential is the resolve of the Iranian people and then the unity of the country that they aimed at, but failed to shatter. The citizens of Tehran have grown stronger, more united, and more backing of the leadership and the nation in the aftermath of this assault."
